The pains in my right foot seem to move from day to day. On Monday I felt it mostly under the foot, at the centre of the longitudinal arch. On Tuesday and Wednesday I felt most across the top of the foot. Today it’s under the arch again, as well as around the ankle.
Following up on my re-adjusted target for this year: building up to 2 x 6 = 12 km per week, then 13 km/week in 2013 seems reasonable at this point. In more detail, I could target 2×3=6 km/week in June, 2×3.5=7 km/week in July, etc. Yes, I plead guilty to being a structopath
But let’s see what the physiotherapist will have to say. And by the way, today it did not feel as if I’d recovered any compared to last week.
