Gedit or Notepad++ (or something else?) for html and css editing?

Creating a small web site, I started out editing html and css files in Gedit on Ubuntu.

The files are in the cloud and now I want to work on them from a Windows PC. Should I install Gedit for Windows, or Notepad++?

I test-drove KompoZer on both Ubuntu and Windows, but for some reason it didn’t work for me. So I’m a bit sceptical about WYSIWYG now.

Hence Gedit. I like the fact that I can edit multiple files in tabs, and I like the syntax highlighting. Does Notepad++ offer that too? Any other considerations?

100 m. for every year of my life

Today I jogged 4.5 km of last year’s 10.6 km Mäntyharju Pyhävesi-juoksu route. +4°C, sun, 92.1 kg.

There’s still some snow and ice on the ground, but the bicycle paths are clear, so I wore my Asics summer shoes for the first time this season. I don’t know what year and type they are – perhaps I should upload a picture.

They feel a little loose and not as supporting as my Asics Gel-Arctic 4, so it’s probably time to start shopping for new shoes.

I’m collecting my jogging stats on this page :-)

Today I jogged 4.0 km of the 10.6 km Mäntyharju Pyhävesi-juoksu route. -3°C, sun. 91.3 kg.

There’s still some snow and ice, so I was wearing the spiky shoes. Expect to switch to summer shoes soon, tough, as the road is getting cleaner and dryer.

Since Katrine got tired reading my stats on Facebook, I now collected and inserted them on a separate page :-)

Maybe from now on I’ll post just a one-liner for the day with a link to that page.
